Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

We offer an exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To qualify for an exchange:

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

- You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Conditions

- The difference in value between the returned item and the new item must not exceed 70% of the original item's price. For example, if the item being exchanged is valued at $1000, the new item must be priced at least $700, allowing a $300 refund.

- Once your exchange is accepted, you may choose your new item and, if applicable, receive the difference in a refund.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please log into your account through this link, select the order, and choose the items you wish to exchange. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. All exchanges need to be sent to our address: 1571 Piikoi Street, Honolulu, HI, 96822, US

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We are committed to evaluating the issue and rectifying it.

Non-exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Sale items and gift cards are also exempt from exchanges.
